Charlie's Project ordered on Nov18with the understanding some items would ship right away, some after Nov 30 and some after Dec 30. I contacted Charlies Project on Nov 29 and was told they were waiting to ship my in stock items with the Nov 30 items. On Dec 5 I received an email stating "not to worry, Your order is shipping soon". The on Dec 11 I received another email stating "not Internet

I ordered on Nov18with the understanding some items would ship right away, some after Nov 30 and some after Dec 30. I contacted Charlies Project on Nov 29 and was told they were waiting to ship my in stock items with the Nov 30 items. On Dec 5 I received an email stating "not to worry, Your order is shipping soon". The on Dec 11 I received another email stating "not as fast as St. Nick but your order will be their soon". Still don't have anything!!!! I also contacted FB, 12/17/16'as that's where I first came across Charlies Project site. They must have gotten a standard response from Charlie's Project of shipping being behind because on 12/19/16 they informed me Charlie's Project is behins on shipping!!!! That seem to be their only response....I'd just like to have what I paid for!

shipment delay

We are sorry for your order delay. However our orders ship when all items are in stock and not partial orders. 
We communicated the best we could to our customers as our shippers were behind and we communicated the ship times. 
Our policy, product pages and order confirmations ALL state an order will ONLY ship when all items are in stock.  We apologize this was missed on several occassion.

Our company responds to all emails, and has rectified any missing orders. Due to shipping issues with our previous shipper we have refunded orders not shipped or lost. As per our company policy we do not respond to emails with threats or vulagrity. Also any facebook posts written on our personal group page in the same manner will be deleted & removed. The facebook group is invitiation only and we reserve the right to remove members who behave in a abusive or vulgar manner or spam our group page or posts. We believe its abusive to those who have volunteered their time to help and against our charitiable purposes. Thank you again and we hope your issue has been rectified. If not please send us an email with name on order and order number if you have it to info@charliesproject.com we will assist you. 

**Rip Off Report Complaints should require the actual persons name on the order and verify by receipt or credit card statement that an order was placed. We are unable to assist with reports using facticious names or are simply paid compaints to defane our company.  I also purchased Charlie's Project leggings in November. While I am not happy with the delays and my purchased just recently shipped (today actually). Their website clearly states that if you are purchasing in stock items and preorder items, they recommend two separate transactions. As ALL items will ship at one time. NOT separately.
