Charme Bridal & Prom DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF CHARME BRIDAL & PROM Buford Georgia

I purchased a Bill Levkoff dress at Charme Bridal & Prom at Hamilton Mill Rd, Buford - GA and, unbeknownst to me, it was a "sample" dress. When I was trying the dress with my family and friends, one of my friends noticed it had a word 'SAMPLE" EMBROIDERED ON THE OUTSIDE, IN LARGE LETTERS.

I returned to the store and made an appointment for 4 PM on Friday September 15th, to talk to store owner because the sales associate could not solve my problem. Surprisingly, I received a phone call at 2:49PM from the store owner using harsh tones of voice and telling me she would not exchange or take back the dress and I did not need to return to the store. I told her I would be there at 4PM as arranged previously to my appointment with my husband. Upon arriving at the store and tell her I would like to talk to her about my dress, she asked to leave her store and if not she would call the police. I tried to explain to her that my husband came to talk to her about what happened, since I am Brazilian and probably she was pretending not understanding me and my husband is American, so she wouldn't have any problem in understanging him. Again, she told us to get out of her store, called 911 and locked the doors, not allowing my husband to talk to her.  We were so upset that we decided to wait for the police man to talk to him because I did not had done anything wrong. I was just trying solve my problem.

When the police man arrived we explained exactly what occurred, showed him the dress and he agreed with us that she acted in bad faith.

I was humiliated and disrespected, after all I was treated like a criminal by the store owner, when in fact I am a customer who paid full price for a sample dress that cannot be used.
