Charming Brides Olga Bulyga Deceptive business practices Kharkov, Ukraine and Poltava, Ukraine Ukraine

This agency began in the early 2000s, as time progressed, they began to move out of Kharkov and into other cities like Donestsk, Sumi, Poltava, Simfereopol and more cities and small towns throughout Ukraine. Olga Bulyga is the owner and her Western recruiter and "enforcer" is Allan Smith.

Mr. Smith is only in this business because of the money he makes. He married someone at least 18 years younger. He's from New Zealand, but she rarely travels there with him since she stays back in Ukraine running their portion of Charming Brides.

I know of two affiliate offices that closed (Donetsk and Sumi) because they forced and even threatened clients that went there first instead of the Kharkov office. They want to funnel the male clients into Kharkov first. Olga has her employees charge clients for EVERYTHING...there is NOTHING free here..NOTHING! She is very rude, condensending and read almost every email that clients send to the office managers or personal assistants. I knew 3 employees that quit because of Olga's ugly behavior.

She and Alan Smith are only interested in making money and even if it's just one visit, they will ride you for every dime they can get. Once a woman registers, they do a brief questionnaire and NOT every woman there is interested in getting married. Just like many of the men go there seeking "tourist sex" They don't advertise it, but if you stick around long enough, you can get sex.

One at least 5 different occasions, translators were caught writing responses on the women's behalf adding sweet enticing words to keeping the business going. The Donestsk office was one of their busiest, but the owner/manager there left and eventuallyin utter disgust. They pushed her to get more clients because the home office in Kharkov gets a percentage of each client. Eventually, that money is paid by the client/customer.

I would say not to go to Kharkov and if you do go to one of their outlying offices arrange your own transportation. Pratice up on Russian and learn some basic commands or words. DO NOT give it to the pressures of spending all of this money to buy simple gifts because all of their merchandise is marked up at least 100% and sold in Euros. Olga then converts those into USD and makes on hell of a profit.

Allan Smith is a player and he knows Russian and has local guys he pays to enforce incase you don't want to pay up. Get to know who he is and if you see him around, get out of that area. Do no carry large amounts of money and leave your passport elsewhere. Prepare to have an escape route if you need to get back to Borispol. This is the worse case scenario, but don't be afraid of this "matey"

IF you go, pick 2 or 3 women and then arrange to communicate with them directly. Again, Olga Bulyga is NOT out for your best interest. She runs a business and is only intersted in making money. Several reports have been filed with the US, UK, GE, and FR embassy. They are aware of her practices...be smart about this and do your research
