CharterMedicalSales.com BeckmanMedical.com was there internet name now it's CharterMedicalSales .com l was diligent in my reserch it all seemed to check out but after l placed my order l recieved nothing no membership log-in no tracking number and no refund, this site has a P.O. I ordered a product and recieved nothing then didn't recieve a refund/return e-mail or phone call. San Diego California

Thank you for posting the information you gave me regarding Charter Medical Sales, formerly BeckmanMedical.com.  Because of it I saved myself from being a victim.  I did lose some money, $31.00 to stop payment on a money orderof $325.00 because it had not ben cashed yet.

I did some more research on them and believe I have some valuable information for follow through in filing charges.  I might not be able to myself as I did not pay them and therefore they did not get my money so I didn't become a victim.

My avenue of approach has to do with my knowledge of the US Postal Service.  While looking up their address information, their address, most likely has nothing to do with a physical location of their business or a Suite but is at a CMRA. They are located in The Sothland Mall in San Diego. That is the CMRA not their physical Location. The "Suite" most likely has nothing any suite at but simply a box at that location   I used to be a Postal Official over CMRA's, which are Cmmercial Mail Receiving Agencies and they had to sign a contract with the United States Postal Service of which I worked for, so technically anyone who owned a CMRA has to have available, upon inspection the name of the person and their phone numbers for contact for any box that they rent due to situations just like this where there is fraud involved to keep them from doing exactly that. Many others use these CMRA's the same way to hide from their victims.

My plan of approach is through the Postal Inspection Service within the USPS. Not only this, believed to be, a fraudulent company, but the CMRA as well can be shut down from using the Postal Service as a way of conducting business.

I hope that this helps answer some questions and gives you/others/or even RippOff.com a way to approach the matter and end any fraudulent activity with this address/company.  They will probably change their names again like they did from BeckmanMedical.com.
