Chase Bank Chase Credit card services isn't paying money owed to consumer Willmington Delaware

when I over paid my credit card bill on 04-2007, I didn't realized it will take me almost 2 years (and counting) to receive the $197 money that I over paid to Chase credit card company. I have written to them couple of times and called many times. It is always the same story, they give you the run around and tell you that they will send you what the awe you within 10-14 business days. I am still waiting for it. When I called back they said I should write again to the PO Box since they can not locate my case. I explained that I already wrote couple of times, I was told there is nothing they can do for me. what i find interesting is how they go after people and charge them all those outrageous fees, and when Chase bank is late for almost 2 years it is OK.

Use caution when dealing with Chase Credit card, and make sure you do NOT over pay.
