I applied on line for a equity line. They advertised 2.6% rate. They called several days latter and said my credit score at experian was 695 and they would have to charge me 5.5% interest. I told that score was incorrect and they said they would send denial letter. I obtained a equifax report immediatley there after on line and they had my score at 765. So they attempted to use the teaser rate of 2.6 but tried to jack it up under false pretenses. Bad folks..... beware.
