Chase Credit Card Slammed with interest charges and late fees for paying early Palatine Illinois

I have a Chase credit card that had a 0% introductory rate if payments were made on time. I made each payment on time every month. However, in October the payment was posted to my account ONE day early so it was credited to the previous month. This made the payment late and I was charged interest and a late fee. I will now be charged interest every month due to their insisting I was late, even though I paid it early (by one day).

I have e-mailed and spoken on the phone to customer service reps, and a supervisor. It is like they are reading from a script since they all say the same thing. "It is too bad and I will just be credited for two payments in one month and was late on the subsequent month". They have the ability to push the post date out a day to show the payment on time but refuse so they can now charge interest on the account every month.

I was credited the late payment fee so they do acknowledge the payment was not late, however they refuse to credit the interest and will continue to charge interest on the remaining balance. The 0% introductory rate is a joke. They deliberately play games with due dates and payment post dates so they can say you were late (even when paying on time) and they can then add interest to the account.
