Chase Essentials Charged $79.95 to my MasterCard without consulting me or providing and services. consumer fraud ripoff consumer rip-off fraud corruption Utah

They charged my credit card with $79.95 and when I called they said "Oh, didn't you receive your packet?"
I let them know I didn't order a packet and what was it regarding?
They said something about coupon saving book.

I told them I was reporting them for consumer fraud.

They agreed to refund the money.
