CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA RIPOFF ACCEPTED EQUIFAX WITHOUT CHECKING WILMINGTON DELAWARE

They,Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A.; solicited me online, "apply for Chase Card, credit no problem! You are guaranteed the card" So, I apply and this was in October, finally, Nov. 17th, a letter, Referece #041116533834

"Dear,Mr.*****

Thank You for your interest in our Visa Platinum credit cardPgm. "because of report showing a bankruptcy, foreclosure or repossession, charge offs, we
regret we are unable to approve your request "My request?you e mailed me, besides the info is incorrect, no foreclosure, ever! no repossesion, a bankruptcy due to a stroke & medical bills but, discharged, Also, the info from Equifax is wrong, because the Co. SPS, that stated foreclosure, changed their name from Fairbanks
Capital, to SPS, Select Portfolio Servicing, because the FTC ordered them to repay 42M to homeowners they ripped off "I was one of them! The FTC made them pay me $2500,(partaial paymernt so far)

To get back at me put mortgages I payed off, back on the 3 credit agencies, as though I had a forclosure and still owed them!"?

My bank UCBI.com, in GA. payed both 1st and 2nd off in 2002? So I have the FTC on them and a lawyer sueing for the destruction of my credit! They have written me 4 different letters, to asure me their mistake would be corrected, and 2 little checks, $8.95 &$ 20.95! How big of them! They will pay! The FTC contacted me, and are following thru with this new charge! 12/12/04
