Chase Manhattan Bank Ripoff unfair charges Palatine Illinois

Chase Manhattan Bank is one of the worst credit card companies out there. Let me explain , Chase Manhattan Bank lures you into their special rates on their cards and then after awhile they lower the boom! I mean 30.0% interest rates on a card with a credit score over 750!
When asked by myself to have them lower the rate they put me on hold and after numerous run arounds from this person to that supervisor (you get the picture) they disconnected me and left me sitting on the phone with a dial tone!!!

They also charge me extra money for services that I dont want and certainly dont need such as I am sure all of you are familiar with these so called credit protection services that these credit card companies throw on your accounts! well to add insult to injury , I refinanced my home with cash out to pay them off and get them out of my life and soon as I paid them I had to use the card to get a rental car while mine was in shop . Chase refused the charge and the car rental company called me. Later chase called me the same day to say that there was some kind of strange charge on my card that they were only checking to see if it was legitamite. I asked , I just sent you a large payment what is the problem! And as usual they hung up. If anyone out there has a Chase Card for goodness sake get rid of it!!!!30% interest is outrageous as well as the runaround and late charges they put on if you are one hour late.
