Chase Manhattan Bank, Credit Card ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Wilmington Delaware

Feb. 14, 04, I received a letter from Chase offering me a renewal of my payment protection plan. I never agreed to a payment protection plan. I gave chase a call to inquire about my account. I ask them to supply me with proof of my agreement to the "ppp" and the length of time period acquiring theses services.

Three months later I get a response through mail providing me with a number to call to here the solicited call made to me. With all the background noise ( perets, etc.) combined with his fast talking on tape I couldn't make out or pin point to were I agreed to the payment protection plan. I ask the solicitor on tape to send me all the information through mail due to him talking really fast and my birds being too noisy.

After he took down my address and information I said to him alrighty and I hanged up the phone. They are claiming my "alrighty" in that content as an agreement to the ppp. Further more I never received any solicitation information from them through mail. I asked for a copy of the tape in order to prove my case to head management of the company. I was given a long distance number to call, that was to no avail to me in getting a copy of the solicitation. The solicitator took my "Alrighty" out of content to make a sale at my expense.

I'm asking to be repaid for services I did't agree too, reimburse for the long-distance call, and a letter of apology and finance charges & fax expenses. Chase Manhattan bank usa and Francise Brabor should be more honest and respectable.
