Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation ripoff New York New York

I had been sold from the origional loan company to chase and gotten behind on my mortgage payments.The person I spoke to on the phone sugested I talk to someone to work out my payment and had to do some paperwork sent it back and they told me I didn't qualify for help.Then I had a major flood in my basement had to spend 5000.00 to remodel becuase I had no insurance nor did my insurance co. have any record of it.I have a record that states I paid my insurance even though I was behind.Chase bought insurance for me becuase I didn't make mortgage payments.After all this they forclosed on me and 2 days later without time for me to move and no warning took all of the things I owened and cherished. I thought even in bankrupsy you get to keep your personal belongings. They also came back 2 more times one on thanksgiving day and took all I had to buy again.It was bad enough to loose your home then everything again help I don't have enough to hire an attorney.
