Chase Bank USA N.A. Increased limit, interest rate and charged late fees Ripoff Wilmington Delaware

I have had a Chase card for years. First and formost thier foriegn (india) operators call to sell you everything under teh sun. I was such a good customer they doubled my credit line, without a request from me. Then 30 days later send me a notie that my fix rate is now a varible rate and increasing. My husband sent 5,700 payment and they had the nerve to send him a $39.00 late fee. He opened an account that advertised zero percet interest. He called and had another card balance transferred and they did it twice and refused to correct it. He sent them the 5,700 payment without ever getting a statement. He then got a statement this month, three months after opening the account but thier records show no statement was ever rturned to them so he must have gotten it. unlike a large majority of the public we do not have debt and pay large amounts on our credit cards when we do use them. however Chases GREED just cost them 2 accounts. We are paying them off. So over $39 and rude employees chase just lost hundreds in interest a year. They are not a credit card compnay for those you intend on paying thier debts with the last amount of interest. they want people who will send interest only minium payments so they can keep raising interest rates. Also wnated to let everyone out there with a Chase card that they check your payment history with utlitiity and morgage companies and if you are ever late they raise your interest. You can pay then on time all you want they will find a reason to raise interest.
