Chase Rewards Credit Card ripoff on reward points for cash back Wilmington Delaware Internet

I was ripped of off points earned on my chase rewards credit card. They gave me points in August stmts and stripped them away in September's stmt. Customer service didn't know there was a MAX amount of points to earn for rewards when I called in June 2006 and September 2006. I was only told you have 36 months to use them and now a letter was sent in September 2006 that they mistakenly forgot about the MAX points and took them away. The credit card statement doesn't even mention a MAX or accumation of a MAX so you know when you don't earn points. This means there's no way to track the reward max points on the monthly statement unless you do it yourself each month. Chase is a ripoff company that I don't recommend, plus they don't properly train staff about thier rules. I wouldn't never charged items on my card if I knew the reward points were maxed out. This is fraud and chase should be audited for concealing the MAX reward rule.
