I ordered a new custom trailer from a salesman at Chasony's trailer and paid 1/2 of price to start production. Total production time including set-up was 6 weeks. Two months later I started inquiring about the status of my trailer, I was told it was done in the 1st stage of production and to finish with the set-up of equipment Tony Pearson (owner ) needed the second half of payment, which was made. I was told it would be done in about two weeks, when I called in two weeks time I was told the trailer was back in the first phase of production and my primary salesman would no longer be helping me with the conclusion of the trailer, everything was to go through the owner Tony Pearson. Talking with Tony Pearson was like talking to a Pitt Bull Dog he started accusing me of changing plans ( which never happened ) and being uncooppertive in all asspects. Also stated he had health issues that could be worsening so I was cautioned not to stress him any further.
I got Tony to agree to send me pics of my trailer when it was completed, he agreeded and sent me pics. I had a friend in the area and had him check on the trailer before delivery and the pics I was sent were horrible, the trailer was not the trailer Tony sent me pics of and the trailer was riddled with wrinkles dents and scratches. My friend was not allowed inside the trailer to inspect it. Tony refused to hear any complaints about the trailer he had personally inspected and released for delivery till I sent him the pics my friend sent me. After recieving my frinds pics he said he would fix the problem in two weeks time. After two weeks Tony set me pics of a trailer and said everything was fixed, I reviewed his pics and agreed that the trailer appeared to be in better shape.
Upon delivery I was schocked to see that I recieved a trailer that was not what Tony had sent me pics of and the inside that was never turned down for inspection, you guessed it, what a desaster. I don't know where to begin form the door to the sinks,flooring, ceiling, tables and finnally the roof OMG. It looks like his reject trailer he sent me or else it was his first or he let some kids put it together, I'm not sure but after talking with him about it, his comment was for me to bring it back and he would fix it. A third time? Or he would sell it for me at a lower price and give me part of my money back!

I feel for you because I went EXACTLY throught the hell you went to! Mr Pearson also after being later, ask us to pay the second half supposely to speed up the production. Also he was rude with me and also ask me not to talk anymore to my vendor.....A PATTERN! I found my trailer installed with cheap equipment not the ones according to the contract. Propane installation, electrical was set so out of code that I had to be redone. Too dangerous to operate. Plumbing was not complete and no valve. I paid for an isolated trailer with heater.....I got non of that ECT....I could go on and on. This is the WORST PLACE ever. I could'nt believe that a person who works at a mercedes dealer would find this place great....One door garage, 2-3 workers, office looked very often and not even a place to sheld when it rains. I had found that company on line with all the lies but, if I had seen the place and meet the people...h*o NO, I wouldn't have done business with them. I will go on with my complaint and seek justice. This Tony Pearson steal me so much money and time. I like rip off because it stays and we are free to write the truth. Not all site are like this. Some 5 stars for Chasony's are controled by Mr Pearson. I try to write one star review, I couldn't. If you want to join and pursuit this company, I am on.

Dear Customer
I am also a customer of Chasony's. I received my trailer three weeks ago and needless to say, I am enjoying it. I think that in this economy it is good to say that you can't please everyone. If your trailer was late in production then you should have taken this matter up with the manufacturer instead of with the dealer. My wife and I was very pleased of the outcome of our trailer from this company. Prior to purchasing from Chasony's we had been on the market searching and this was the only company in the southeast that would take up time with us. They answered all of our questions and gave us feedback on the concession business. The other companies just gave us the run around. I work in customer service at a really nice company (Mercedes Dealership). It has been my experience that customers are happy at first with their new purchase, but after a while they find something wrong with it. Sorry it didn't work for you but we are enjoying our trailer to the max. A local business here also purchased a trailer from Chasony's and they are enjoying it as well. Not everyone has a horrible story.
