Chateau World, Chateau World Resorts, Banff Gate Mountain Lodge & Spa, Andre Muran, Royal Club refused refund, used deceptive marketing, deceptive sales, is a disguise for another travel club scam that faces criminal charges Edmonton, Calgary And Camore Alberta

I went to a thing about Chateau World. They told me that I had won a digital camera and a free trip to the Banff Gate Mountain Lodge & Spa in Canmore. My wife and I signed up as Chateau World members because it looked pretty good to us.

They told us that in Alberta there are laws that allow a person to cancel their membership within 10 days if they changed their minds and that if we did that, we would receive a full refund. Well, we signed up because we felt we still had time to make the final decision.

We changed our minds because when we got home, we went on the internet and found out that the addresses for Chateau World are the same as they are for Royal Club International- a company that is up on criminal charges!

The companies that are associated with the owner are all tied into Chateau World and it seemed to us, after checking it out, that we didn't want to be part of that. So we called to cancel. Well guess what!? We have been trying to get our refund and at first they just lead us on but now they just ignore our calls!

We will be lodging a complaint with Alberta Government Services. If anyone else finds themselves in a similar position, that travelclubscams.info website has links to all the helpful agencies.

Take it from someone with experience- you want to stay away from Chateau World!
