How I know this is because I know Mick, which is a friend of Nick (Franga) that was the one that exploited the DigiChat software to build Chatpit.com Mick is a DigiChat hacker, he makes DigiChats and hosts them for free for other people without anykind of charges for the software.
Mick aswell tells me, that the software he is getting to build these DigiChats is from http://www.Letstalkdigichat.com Which is a website where anyone that is registered can go and download illegal chat software to use to communicate with anyone they may know.
Now back to Rick and Chatpit.com Rick is the person that runs the Chatpit site. Rick is to old to running a Teen Chatsite from my understanding. Rick has told me that he is the age 45 year's old. If Rick is indeed 45 year's old and running a Teen Chat for obviously teenagers only, then that means he isn't supposed to be in the chat period, because in fact he's over age.
Also Rick allows his Moderators and Admins to do whatever they please to do. Rick has Chat Rule's pasted on his homepage for a reason, aswell as rule's for the Moderators and Admins to follow by. People are alway's getting kicked/banned for no reasons what so ever. I would like to point out the Moderators that have done these actions before, HokusPokus, L Keezy, Bryson, Salvi..and many others.
If you would like to know all the information that I know where people are accessing hacks for DigiChat, please take a look at these web address's below. These web address's are 100% Illegal by law, because they're exploiting Hacks, Cracks, P2P's, and/or Shareware.

Also I would like to say for whomever use's http://www.Chatpit.com to be aware that those Hackers from above come in Chatpit and (DDose) people's IP Address's, which is Illegal and has been done to me several different times.
Rick Periera the Chatpit CM doesn't do anything to anyone when they DDose someone, which is highly illegal and those people should be somehow Banned. I do know aswell that people are using Proxys to override Bans and/or VPN's to overrirde DigiChat Bans, so if someone could please shutdown http://www.Chatpit.com I'd be greatly appreiated because it's unfair for others to pay and this is highly illegal by Law, and I hope the DMCA does something about this issue.
