Chattanooga mattress and futon stole $2,000 Chattanooga Tennessee

 I bought a $2,000 mattress from this guy Brad Merriman at Chattanooga mattress and futon. I paid cash. He said give him a week and he would order the mattress for me. That was 2008. This is 2015 now and he will not give me my mattress or money back. Unbelievable I know. He has done this dozens of times that I know of. A quick Internet search will tell you all you need to know about this guy and his store. I sued him and won of course. Brad never paid tho.

He has been sued by dozens of his customers but he never pays the judgment. He knows how to work the system. Beware of this thief and his little mattress store. The Chattanooga news even did a story on this place for recovering used mattresses and selling them as new. I'll never get my $2,000 back but hopefully I'll help save someone else from the same heartbreaking situation.
