Brad Merriman told me that he was the owner! I picked my mattress out and arranged to have it delivered on a certain day and time. He told me to give him cash or make the check out to him to get a lower price. I did! I called the day before to confirm delivery date and time. He knew that I had given my mattress away on the day of delivery. He did not deliver my mattress or return my calls after repeated attempts to reach him. My check was cashed, but still no mattress. Please don't buy anything from this man. I am so dissappointed that this business is still allowed to remain open after all the things that I have found out since my purchase. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau. I hope that you will, too. It is very obvious, from reading the other comments, that Mr. Merriman is not concerned about his customers or his company's reputation.

The wrong mattress was delivered!

Mr. Merriman eventually returned my phone calls. He was out of town and his driver was in Nashville. We discussed the problem about the date and time of delivery. I reminded him that he picked the date and time. He agreed to have his driver deliver the mattress at 10:00 tonight. His driver was very nice and called to say that he was in traffic, but was on the way. At 11:25 PM, he pulled up into my driveway. I was sad to find that the mattress delivered was NOT the one that I had liked and chosen in the showroom. I felt so bad for the driver that I took it anyway. Having the wrong mattress is better then not having one at all. Having this experience has opened my eyes to what a costly mistake I made doing business with Chattanooga Mattress. Please learn from my mistake. Don't go there for your new mattress.
