Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company doesn't do anything but steal your money !
Everytime I call to CANCEL they say it's taken care of but the only thing that's been taken is MY MONEY !
We put blocks at our bank but every month they try to get more which that is costing us money to do. I don't know what else to do I just want our money BACK !
If you know anyone that can help please let me Know ? because my family really needs the money for my little girl!

I am a licensed Pa. health agent. It seems that you are one of thousands that fall victim to the health discount plans scam if they are sold by sales tactics designed to mislead consumers that they are health insurance. THEY ARE NOT HEALTH INSURANCE! They go by many different names but the products are the same.
When I reasearched your options I found health discount plans listed under consumer alerts and warnings on the Illinois Attorney General's Office at www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov website.
The attorney general's HEALTHCARE HOTLINE for assistance if you feel you misled into buying a plan that does not meet your need call 877-305-5145! Illinois consumer fraud number for surrounding areas is chicago 800-386-5438, springfield 800-243-0618, carbondale 800-243-0607. Your dept. of number is 217-782-4515. One or all of these offices will be able to help you.
Make sure you have copies of all materials you've received from the company and copies of any letters you sent them so you can provide it to all the agencies in Illinois so they can stop these scammers in your state! Keep on them until you get your money back! The more pressure consumers put on these scam plans the sooner we can get rid of them so they do not keep ripping off hard working people!
