Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered over $100 dollars worth of cigarettes on April 3rd, 2009. It is April 23rd and cannot get them to contact me. They took my money via e-check. No cigarettes, no phone calls. If anyone can help me get my money back or tell me what to do I would apprecitate it.

Unfortunately, this customer failed to read about our e-check policy or delivery time, which is clearly stated on our website on the 'Shipping' information page, on the FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions), at the check-out point and also on her order confirmation e-mail.
We have stated how long the delivery time will be everywhere possible.
If she had waited a few more days before filing this report, she would have already received the order. A USPS tracking number was e-mailed to her as proof of delivery:
