Cheap cruises .com promised me the lowest price on s cruise . They offered me a 200 dollar per person credit onboard which I NEVER ever received . I was shocked when at the end of the cruise I was slapped with a 336 dollar bill for charges incurred . When I asked about the credit , none existed . Cslled the company numerous times ,hung up on , numerous times . Finally a rep said that they would review the audiotape and would give me what the agent promised . Long story short , they claim I was offered a 59 dollar per cabin but that I was suppose to fill out a link on thd invoice that never appeared . I could have booked with royal Caribbean cruise directly but she claimed I would get a 200 dollar per person credit . Never ever again would i recommend this site to ANYONE NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES.. Go through Costco instead
