Cheap Trips.com Cheap Trips lied about a ticket program then refused to refund Cheap Trips.com Nationwide

Cheap trips contacted me by telephone to offer a special ticket program. When the program was mailed to me there were a number of restrictions that were not explained earlier. I carefully followed all of the requirements for a refund. I sent them a letter with all of their material within the time period. I called severl times and was told that I was on the list for a refund and that it would show up on the next statement. It was never refunded. If you call the number that they gave you you will never get a person, it is only a recorded line. You will never get a call back from them. I seems that something could be done to a company that is so blatently scaming people accross the counry.
