Cheap Uggs I ordered four pair of uggs on 12/09/2009 and to date I have not received them. The payment was deducted from my credit card on 12/14/09. I received no tracking numer, so I am out of 324.00. Internet

I ordered four pair of Uggs on line on 12/09/09 and the amount of $324.00 was deducted from my credit card on 12/14/09.  I advised the on line contact I was unable to track my order and they confirmed the order was sent, however they were awaiting a tracking number from the freight.  I have yet to receive a tracking number let alone the merchandise.  I forwarded two additional emails on 12/22/09 and 12/24/09 to no avail.  I received no further correspondence.  It is now 12/30/09 and I am out of over $300 and was charged an international fee and still no merchandise.  My children were hopeful, but after 7 days I felt I was a victim of a scam.  I just want everyone out there to not purchase from uggsonsaler.com or cozyuggs.com they have ripped me off and they will rip you off too.

In regards to purchased fake uggs.  You were right I did purchase fake uggs and I now have learned a valuable lesson, if it is to good to be true than it isn't real.  Thanks for sharing your friends story and I hope she will one day be able to be refunded for the loss she suffered.  I am happy to report I have been reimbursed and I never did receive the fake uggs. Thank God!

HAVE YOU CONTACTED YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THIS CHARGE IS IN DISPUTE? AND BE SURE TO DISPUTE THE INTERNATIONAL  FEES TOO. (THAT'S A CLUE THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT ON THE UP-AND-UP) YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH SOME TRACKING REFERENCES ON YOUR STATEMENT WHEN THE CHARGE WAS PUT THROUGH. SOME HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TOO.  I WOULD FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES OF THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY REGARDING DISPUTES, USUALLY REQUIRES A LETTER, BUT I WOULD CALL FIRST TO SEE WHAT THEY ADIVSE YOU TO DO.  I WOULD SEND THEM A CERTIFIED LETTER IF YOU HAVE THEIR ADDRESS AND MAKE THEM SIGN FOR IT.

ALSO YOU CAN CALL THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TO FILE A COMPLAINT.-877.382.4357. MY LOCAL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ADVISED THAT THIS IS THE AGENCY THAT TAKES CARE OF INTERNET FRAUD.

 am sorry to hear of your situation, but to state it simply, you purchased fake UGGS.

Simply stated, you purchased fakes.  UGGS only guarantees authenticity if purchased directly from their website online.

Good luck trying to find the company, as most are fake fronts and you will receive no refund (I had a friend that the same thing happened to).  She received the boots about 6 weeks after she ordered them and they reeked of an oily, gasoline scent and literally fell apart within weeks. To date she has never been able to speak to anyone and never received a refund.


Again I am truly sorry for your situation, what a way to mess up your holiday
