I placed an order with this company on Friday, Oct 7 02:02 PM for 3 cartons of cigarettes the amount of $76.47. Online orders like this takes 21-30 days normally. I normally buy from: www.cigarettes-com.net, they where having site maintenance.
The site was going to be down for a week or so. I decided to try this cheapcigarettes24.biz. After waiting for the order, I
decided to inquire where my order was on Friday, Nov 4 04:51 PM.
They replied back with this:
Ukrainian Authorities are performing a financial and compliance audit check at Ukrainian Postal Service. That is why all shipments are held at the post offices until this ends. We are informed that shipments will be issued within 2 weeks.
That sounded logical the next email that day stated:
Dear vbankhea,
This is in reference with your Request Ticket Number: FT00001174.
We do not know the exact dates, approximately in 2-3 weeks.
The next email on Tuesday, Nov 29 02:02 PM stated:
Dear vbankhea,
This is in reference with your Request Ticket Number: FT00001174.
We kindly ask to give us more time for the delivery of your package. The post office informed us about their ability to ship orders within 10 days. We are really sorry for inconvenience and keeping you wait. Hope for your understanding. If your parcel will not arrive within 21 days (as a delivery term) please contact us again.
The next email on Friday, Dec 23 07:49 AM stated:
Dear vbankhea,
This is in reference with your Request Ticket Number: FT00001174.
We still have problems with custom.
Sorry for inconvenience.
The next email on Thursday, Jan 12 11:31 AM - NO RESPONSE
I emailed twice today and one person responded about my refund requests.
Dear vbankhea,
This is in reference with your Request Ticket Number: FT00001561.
We have exceeded refund limit and are not able to make refunds anymore.
I have all the emails from them, this was just the highlights.
