I booked a cruise for our 20th wedding anniversary in May.  I was told on the phone that the payment would come in three installments automatically on my credit card.

I called about 15 days after the due date noticing that the cruise hadn't been paid for the final payment.  I was told that it hadn't been automatically charged.  When I asked the agent where my travel agent was she said she had been out for 4 weeks and wouldn't be back for another two weeks.  I said should I make payment with her, and she agreed to that.  I called today, and found out that my cruise had been cancelled for lack of payment and when they tried to reinstate the cruise the cabin category was gone and they lowered me to a lower category and less desirable room claiming that it was MY fault that I hadn't paid for the cruise on time.  Even though they agreed to an automatic payment like the other two had been billed.  I was never told by either my agent, or by the "substitue call center" who took this missing agent's clients that I had only til March 18th to pay for my cruise or it would be cancelled.

I tried to get to take responsiblility and culpability and credit me the difference on the lower cabin and they wouldn't do it.  The most they could offer me was 50$ credit for ANOTHER BOOKING.  I spent close to two hours on the phone with them.  They are dishonest, and poorly managed and aren't worth the money.  Their practices of marketing are decieving and taking care of their clients is last on their list.  I have spread the word through social media and will also be calling the State Attorney General's office in MA to look into the dishonest practices of this company.

They DO NOT do what they promise.
