Cheaper Than Dirt Price gouging, consumer unfreindly Nationwide

I made a mistake on an order of ammo. What I thought were 500 round boxes of 22lr turned out to be 50 round boxes for about $20 a box. I realized the mistake right away and called them in less than 10 minutes and I was told they couldn't stop the order and that I would have to pay a re-routing fee of $15 which I paid. I figured $15 was better than $75 so I agreed and yesterday I found that they only refunded $61 of my original purchase and when I called them I was told that I had to pay the return shipping fee too. So not only were they price gouging on the cost of the ammo but they scammed me for another $30 for something that they could have stopped from the beginning.
Really? $20.00+ for a 50 round box of Federal 22lr? They won't get any more business from me.
