Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
CheapoAir is a ripoff. They overcharge and create these made up taxes and fees. Wanted to charge me 380.00 to change a flight. The Airline only charges 150.00. Made up taxes and charges for booking a hotel. Added 90.00 additional to the Hotel normal charges and wanted to charge me 25 to change the check in date. CheapoAir is a disservice to the consumer and should be brought up on Fraud charges. The should only be making money off the Tickets and hotels they sell from the companies; however, they overchage the consumer with fraudulent charges and made up taxes.

Dear Customer, I first want to say I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Also would like to point out that yes the airline charges a $150.00 fee to make a change, however, if the new dates of travel are more expensive you do have to pay the fare difference, this is also stated in our terms and conditions, as well as on any airline website under rules.
Second, not sure about what the additional cost would be for the hotel, we quote the price with all the hotel taxes, the only thing that may be additional is if the hotel has parking fees, and a daily resort fee, but that would be paid directly to the hotel. Also under our terms and conditions, we do mention that any changes, cancellation will result in a service fee ranging from $15.00-25.00 per hotel booking. All of the rules you mentioned, you agreed to when you acknowledged the reservation with your electronic signature, however, I will certainly be glad to review these bookings for any charges that ar not applicable. Email me your cheapoair.com booking numbers, and place BLOG in the subject line.
