I attempted to book a flight leaving DFW leaving Friday Nov 7th 1153am United Airlines arrive Columbus Oh 740pmthe site indicated that there was two seats available. I needed to leave on the 7th and clicked the NOT flexable date tab The site continued to tell me that the flight was dated Friday Nov 7 until i clicked the Book Flight The confirmtion indicated my flight was booked through United airlaines which was ok but it was booked on Thursday the 6th at Love Field.
I called called customer service i got a agent in bangladesh. He told me i could cancel the flight and book the one that showed on the site as leaving DFW and have to wait 10-14 days to get the refund. I told him i did not have the money to book another flight. He said he would transfer me to his supervisor I waited 45 mins on hold and hung up NO supervisor ever came on and no one ever called me back.
The call taker asked for my call back to get in touch with me they never did. Always saying so sorry but not really Poor excuse for customer service bad bait and switch advertise one flight and switch you to another airport and flight refund policy is crummy dont ever use this company it is a joke and lousy service

I would not waste my time. Flying out early not what i needed to do caused me all kinds of inconvenience on drop off and pick ups Lost a day of work here in Dallas Customer service cant help me do that. I am at the wrong airport on different flight flying a day early Is customer service going to refund my days pay too Am i going to have to wait 10-14 days to get the money back too Your company is a joke and your web site is designed to fill seats for the airline not help people get lower fares. Riight now i am in the Hole $400 in lost wages and my family is scrambling to get me picked up at the columbus airport. My boss had to take time off to drive me to DFW airport Its costing him half a days wages. Sorry yha you folks are Sorry real Sorry I got to walmart every day and when i am waiting in line you can bet I am going to tell everyone around me what a lousy bait and switch useless customer service dept you have You dont save people money you cost people like me hundreds of dollars to fill your empty airline seats
Here is my booking number 24546433 I tried to change the tab that says will fly on other dates. It does not allow you to do that. by the way your united flights with two open seats on friday to columbus from dfw are still showing available as of 938am thursday morning. I am at Love field waiting on my wrong flight to columbus today not tomorrow Yha I am sorry real sorry i ever used Cheapoair to book my flight
