I went online and booked a round trip flight with cheapoair only to find that my return trip was incorrectly booked and i had to buy additional tikets to get home. they even over charged my account. and to top it off there is no corporate number available for this company and their customer service department is NOT helpful. Save you time and money do not use this company.FYI I was on hold waiting for customer service for three hours. wow

As for your booking being invalid, our web site books what is selected at the time of purchase, and we do forward your TWO email confirmations immediately to review what is confirmed. As long as you call us within 24 hours that there is an error, you can void the transaction and book the correct dates. We would need to have your booking number in order to review your reservation by emailing us at sm@cheapoair.com. Place blog in the subject line for priority assistance.
