I booked a one way ticket with this company and later found a different company with better rates. I called their customer service line to find out that they will not let you change your ticket from a one way to a round trip without charging you $75.00 service fee. And they will not match anyones prices or rates. You are not allowed to talk to a manager with your complaint. This is NOT customer service. This is a RIP OFF.

This is a response regarding Tim's complaint, I have had the pleasure to speak with him regarding what actually did happen with this. Once tickets are issued in this case a oneway, when changes are made the airlines charge a change fee, plus if there is a fare difference that also has to be paid.

When booking roundtrip tickets it is almost always cheaper, however, once a ticket is issued you can not add a return flight and just charge the difference, the entire reservation needs to be cancelled and you start over, you do get the credit from the first ticket which is applied, or you keep the outbound and just purchase a oneway return which mayl end up costing more money. Also, you have to make sure that your credit card will hold the new charges....
Tim was unable to rebook the return flights,and chose to cancel the booking, I did waive all cancel fees and he was refunded the original ticket.
