back in march of 2010  i recieved a call from cheaptrips offering 6 airline tickets for only 200 dollers i have been trying to plan a family vacation so i thaught i would give it a try because they did tell me i had 30 days to try it for free if i did not like it i could send every thing back and get a full refund.    the next day i again get another call from the same compony offering yet anouther greap motel pacage for only 99 dollers they again told me every thing the first coller told me and yes decided to give it a try and then on the third day i recieved yet another call and this time overing me a great vacation pacage for just another 100 dollers i told them i was not intersted in any thing sence i have not recieved any thing from the first 2 orders she told me about the 30 day money back garentee and i said NO not interested and she said ok and hung up the phone.. I later found out by my bank that i had 3 charges on my account from cheaptripsmembers  so that 3 call from cheaptripsmembers she whent ahead and charged my account for that 100 dollers even though i told her not to she had to get my account from the first 2 callers..

   I waited for a long time and recived nothing i was a little nerves and called the compony to find out were my order was and told me nothing was sent yet and was allready 2 weaks and nothing sent i aske the lady to cancel the account and want a full refund she told me i had to email my cancel request so i did just that  i call a weak later to find out were my refund was and they told me there policy was 60 days tell i would see a refund in my account I called my bank and told them about this and put me intouch with the fraud department they took care of every thing. and told me that by law a refund had to be posted in 30 days we waited for the 30 days and i called the compony many times before that and they kept telling me i will get the refund i then got scared and i did what i should have done from the begining i googled  cheaptripsmembers and to my surprise i found many many pages of complaints about this compony i called the bank and they got my money back but told me it s dang good thing i called the bank because there was a dead line to get refunds back like this and we were fast aproching that dead line  

   even though i got my money back and that was only because i got my bank involved.  i did some reserch and found out that the first complaint about this compony was back in 1999 and there still complaining today i have reported to the bbb and made my complaint public i get so pissed off because of off the peaple this company and screwd i want this company shut down i can not beleive that u sitll allow this componay to have there own web sight will you please tell me what is going on i have like i said reported them twice with the bbb and yet nothing all i get is that they tell me theres not enough complaints for them to do any thing about this

dang what kind of proof do you knead just goolge cheaptripmembers and u will find the many complaint about this compony

there SCUM THERE PIGS AND DOWN RIGHT DIRTY   please do some thing and shut them down take the pigs to court what ever million of people are being screwd by them
