I am having a real problem getting a refund from this company. I scheduled my 50th bday party for December with them and they said I could cancel anytime and only not receive my initial deposit which was $300 dollars.

 

I made payments monthly which I can supply my bank statements. I canceled my party in October.

 

I sent multiple emails asking for my refund. To which they replied that they were looking at the contract and would get back to me. I have been trying to collect my money since October.

 

Now I am getting no response from them at all.
