ChemDry Dr. Chemdry Outrageous Charge and Poor Results Phoenix, Arizona

Had Chemdry come to the house to clean and seal travertine tile on the outdoor patio and around the pool.  First, they won't give you a cost per foot over the phone for cleaning or sealing.  Customer is told that they have to look at it first and then will provide the amount to perform the service.  After arriving and measuring, I was told the cost would be $3,002.00 for cleaning and sealing.  Little did I know the cost was so high. 

I assumed because Chemdry is owned by and recommended by Home Deport that the service would be reasonable.  After the job was complete, the tiles looked dull and without any sealer.  When I explained that the floor looked pretty much like before they started the rep said that's the way it looks.  I further stated that the tiles had been done before and the results looked great.  He said he checked with his boss and there was nothing he could do.  Three thousand dollars and the floor looks terrible, what a waste.
