Indian Casino's should be underall United Stats Gambling laws

Indian Casino's should be under the same United States Gambling laws as all the others out there. If they're going to stay open 24/7 then they shouldn't be allowed to tighten the slots after a certain hour when less people are around. Wouldn't you say that I would be cheating if I told you that no matter what time you bought a raffle ticket, you still have just as a chance to win at 2:00 A.M. as any time of day, only to put your name in the trash after buying 20 of them at and/or 2:00 A.M. putting your money in my pocket. Well, that is what they're doing and getting by with it.

I read your post, either you're with and for all they are shooting for or you're a sounding chime in the wind. I went out there last Sunday morning around 12:00 A.M. Midnight till 4:30 A.M. and after about 1:00 A.M. the slots never paid back anything close to what I was betting. Needless to say I went through 1,500.00 giving each slot mechine 20 spinds before going to another one and to the next. So don't say crap you don't know anything about because after a certen hour their slots are tighter than Fort Knox. Now! This is not my first with them and how an after hour slot tight they become, cause a person should be able to go to a slot Casino any hour and have just as much luck, not so with them. A Casino that is open 24/7 should be the same pay out at any hour. Indina Casino's around here in the river vally are this way, "only when the most people are present is when more slots are the loose". This is not Viges nor are any Oklahoma Indina Casino's under the gambling guidline out lined by our United States gambling law. That is why they can make and brake the rules at their discrestion

Gaming

Just because you gamble a lot does not mean you know how it all works. As someone who works in the industry, I know how the machines works. There is this thing called theoretical hold. It's like flipping a coin, odds say 50/50. But if I flip a coin 10 times, will I get 5 heads and 5 tails? Maybe but it is not guaranteed. I may get 7 heads and 3 tails. But let's say I flip it 10 million times. Then the odds start to balance themselves out to 50/50. That's how machines works. It's all completely random. They do not get hot or cold. Sorry if I ruined some of the magic for you. But don't spread nonsense like this. Native Gaming is more strictly regulated than Vegas.

I am well aware of this , and if.they were paying as they should I still may lose, but I would hit something sometime. Their would be people winning. I have been doing this long enough to know when no one is winning ever, something is up. Also, there are winning patterns. These patterns dont guaremtee a win. Most casinos are about 1 out of 3 patterns win. Here they all lose. I am no novice to gambling and don't play exclusively at this casino, so I kinda know what I am talking about.

It's called gambling...

Hey Einstein, it is called gambling, not winning.
For example if the legally required payout is 97%, if you have 1000 people put in $100 each, that is $100,000. If one of those people win $97,000 they have met the 97% payout. But that leaves 999 other people loosing $100.
