I saw an advertisemen from Cherry Cheeks Cosmetics, also named Kahiko Skincare.  It stated they were the new company established by Joanne Gaines, the HGTV designer lady from the populare television show, Fixer Upper.  

We receive what we were told was a free sample, just paid shipping and handling, Later my credit card was charged $98.61 for the product.  Evidently, they told me I had to call and cancel by a certain time or my credit card would be charged this amount and every concsecutive month.  No where on the order form did I see anything in regards to having to pay beyond the initial order.   Also, I have found out that Ms Joanne Gaines is in no way, shape, or form related to this company.

I have made several calls to this company, Cherry Cheeks and they are the rudest, nastiest company I have ever done business with in my 70 years of age.   Absolutely the worst.  They are conning everyone into paying substancial amount for this little sample of cream.  I have filed complaints with the St Petersburg Better Business Bureau, The Consumer Division of the Florida Attorney Generals office as well as my bank credit card.

I do believe they are preying on seniors with limited computer skills and possibly not fully understanding what they are doing.  The fact they used Ms Joanne Gaines image and fully stated it was her business is fraudelent and deceptive business practices at the least.  Sure hope someone can shut this business down and get refunds for everyone conned by them.

I ordered a small sample for my wife based on the fact it was owned by Joanne Gaines. After receiving the 1 oz sample I was billed an additional $98.61. When I called I was essentially told too bad, that was what I signed up for. Nowhere did I see anything that I would keep getting more product or that sample would cost us any additional funds. They are nasty, absolutely will not budge on any refunds, even when I offered to return the product. My wife tried it once and did not like it. I have filed complaints with the St Petersburg Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Fraud division of the Florida Attorney Generals office as well as my credit card company. So far no avail but I intend to keep working on it. In my 70 years this is the nastiest, most mean spirited company I have ever come across. Avoid them at all cost !! St Petersburg Florida
