Be very carefull about signing a lease or renewing a lease through Cherry Creek Place in Denver.   They treat you much better before you sign the lease then once you have signed and need something done.  I came to Gine with several problems and she would take my number down and tell me the owner would give me a call.  I was told this at least three times and was never contacted by the owner.  She also never made sure the place was clean, and cleaning request would be finished in such a sloppy way.  The repair people would make the mess, and then just pack up and leave the mess there to clean it up on Monday.  They have now renoveted the buildings ane the rent has gone way up.  I was paying $450 per month(2009) for a one bed one bath, but a new layer of paint later just look at the prices.  It was not worth what I was paying at this point, much less now that rent went up.   They even still get bad reviews online after the renovations.  The airconditioning is really just a water cooler and does not cool the place down.  I spent days in my boxers in front of a fan trying to cool off.   They even have had many problems with bed bugs and roaches.   Do your self a big favor and do not sign a lease, much less renew a lease through this company.  You will want out just like i did within a month of signing.
