Regarding comments: As for John not being able to contact me is hard to believe. First of all I have lived at the same address for 10 years. We delivered the puppy to Denver for them and talked on the phone several times. The phone # is still the same. They had a health certificate with my info on it as well as my vet's. I am using the same vet and he knows my #. No my email address has changed. I am no longer with charter. But if he found me to leave this he could have found me. He hasn't called. As for the papers if he has proof I told him he got papers I will reg. the dog. I don't believe he does. All my dogs are reg. so I can get him papers.

Response: I only had an e-mail address. I never talked to you once on the phone I talked to your daughter twice. I did not even know you had a website. I have never received one scrap of paper. I don't know what you are talking about a health certificate. ? Have never seen one. If you have a file on us then would you please send a copy of the health record? and if you do have a file please register Ellie so we do have the papers.

Clear back in 2005 the major of all my females where sold without papers the same with the little boys. This guaranteed me that these puppies where going to pet homes only. Also the females that come from these lines are very very small. I had several times sold papers with a promise from the new owners that they would never breed them. Then to receive calls later on that their baby got bred and either had complicantions or died. So we decided that we would no longer sell the females with papers.

After talking to different breeders we decided to give the akc papers if with limited reg. or apri reg. after proof puppy has been spayed or it the puppy got over 4 pounds grown. But during the time frame John was talking about and looking through his file no papers where being given with my puppies. I have several references that bought during this time frame that will tell you this is true. In fact to this day don't sell all my puppies with papers. All my puppies can be either akc or apri reg or both.

Where I advertise today I can check mark or type in if they are reg. and what kind of reg. When a puppy is sold that page is printed off and put in a file. That is so I have proof. I have found out through the years that people get talking to several breeders and forget what each puppy comes with. This way it is down exactly what will come with your new baby.

But what I would really like is a phone call. All my websites have my phone #. So there is no reason he can't call. If he doesn't have proof I feel it is really wrong that this has been posted.

Also anyone that wants can contact me. I have many references that will be more then willing to talk to you. The good ones way out number the bad. I have told my references not to waste their time by responding to these. That the best thing they can do to me is talk to the new customers to ease their minds. It would have took no more effort on Johns part to have called then the time it took to post this. I have learned I will never make everyone happy. I do try. But in cases like this there is nothing I can do. I was never given the chance.
I know they say this kind of website is only looking out for people. What I really which is that time was took in making sure what was being put on was a fact.
