i bought a 2004 ford f150 from castus jacks at the end of january 2009 i have nevere been late on a payment and on june 4 a recoverey aggent came to my house and said they where here to pick up my truck i asked them why and the guy said that his orders didnt say why he was just suppost to pick up the truck. so i call chicago lenders and they say it because i have have not paid for the truck in 2 months but they pulled the money out of my bank account so now i am out the money i have paid and also a truck

If you have proof that your payments were made on time and in the proper amount, you should probably go after the dealer in small claims court (no lawyer required). Since the dealer took the car back in breach of your contract, you should be able to recover your down payment and any payments made. The small claims limit in AZ is $2500.
