Chicago Lenders Horrible company. Don't EVER buy a vehicle through Cactus Jack's Mesa Arizona

The staff is horrible, especially Frances, the office manager. When asked for information about the owner, such as a name and contact information, it is refused and then you are hung up on. A message was left saying I was behind on my payment and that I would need to bring a payment in on a Wednesday at 3pm knowing I work until 6pm M-F.

When I told her that I could bring it in on Friday since that is when I get paid, she originally told me no. Finally, Frances gave permission to the receptionist that I could bring in my payment on Friday and that it would be processed on Monday since I would be unable to drop it off until after 6pm when I get off work and they close at 5pm M-F. Frances put in an order to have my car stolen while I was at work.

I was told by Nikia or Nikita that Frances was conveniently "out to lunch and would be back in 45 minutes to an hour". When I called back, a new lady that I have to talk to "left early because of an appointment with her kids" and "she might" tell me what my fee's are to get my car back. Frances also told the receptionist while I was on the phone to continue to hang up on me if I call back. As a customer, I have the right to that information if has to do with any contract made with the company. Had I known this was the finance company, I would'nt have bought the car. Beware
