On March 17 2015, a seven year old boy was taken from his mother. Detective Elliot of Spokane county decided it was neccisary to do an emergency placement. The night the child was taken from the Boys & Girls club of North Spokane, the mother demanded answers as to why her boy was removed from her care. Detective Elliot told the mother if she wanted answers, that she needed to come down to his office that evening. As any mother would do, she ran down there as requested. When arriving, she was brought into an intarigation room, where two Detectives itarigated her for two hours about crimes that she knew nothing about.

That night, her child was taken as a pawn to get the mother into an intarigation room. The mother, age 26, has raised her child on her own for seven years. The father of the child has never been in the picture. Now, this 26 year old single mother is fighting for her child. Child Protective Services of Spokane, Washington has placed this child across the state with the father's family, strangers. He was ripped out of his school that his mother had him in since he started Kindergarden. Now the mother has to travel 6 hours to see her little boy. This is not right! CPS is supposed to be protecting children that are being abused and neglected. This child was niether of those! Now a seven year oldboy has to deal with being in a home of strange people and being without his Mommy because of the Spokane County Sherrif's Department and Chid Protective Services Of Spokane. They should be prosecuted!
