I understand why you would think the jury took my children away, and I do agree there are som children that should be taken. However all 12 jury members in my case said "I don't feel either of the parents did any thing wrong but since the children have been in the same foster home for 21 months and have bonded with the foster parents I just opted to leave them there!"
The jury could not have terminated my parental rights if it were not for CPS.

But if a JURY (of your peers) took away the your parental rights to two of your children, then hell yes you should lose your rights to your unborn child.

CPS didn't take those kids away, the jury decided you were unfit. I don't know their reasons, but most people (Jury) do not want kids going through "the system" and will side with the parents, if possible.

I have two very good friends who were taken from their parents. One was very young and the other was nearly 13 when they were put into foster homes. The older girl had a great experience, found a great foster home and was able to develop normally (as opposed to growing up in an incredibly abusive home). The other friend was bounced around from home to home, suffered terribly and hated it, but even she knows what she went through will never compare to the damage that would have been done by her parents (sexual and physical abuse in her home).

The fact is: our system is not perfect. Sometimes CPS takes kids who could have stayed at home. Sometimes they seem ruthless. But, and I honestly believe this, I would rather have one kids wrongfully removed than one kid wrongfully remain in an abusive home.

And this is not your case. CPS did not take those kids, 12 of your peers did. I hope one day you straighten up and fly right, for the sake of your kids, but come on! Do what is right for them.
