Child protective services in Oceanside Took my kids by a here say complaint Oceanside California

In June of last year 2012 my aunt Gloria Blair wanted me out of her moms house,I refused to leave for the simple fact that her mom which is my great grandma didnt want me to nor did she yell me.she was eventually diagnosed with demintia and Alzheimer's.so for financial gain she was planning to take my grandma to a home to keep her property,this I wouldn't allow so with me beign there she was unable to do so,several times she contacted law enforcement to get me off property but was unsuccessful,so she contacted cps and said I was on drugs and my kids were running in the street (there's 5 kids)14yrs,8,two 7yr olds,and a 3 yr old,cps brought the sheriff dept and conducted a house visit ,the children did not live there but would visit from time to time ,they left without incident,a few weeks later me and my wife were arrested at my grandmothers home by another attempt by Gloria Blair to get me out for a false burglary call ,with no evidence they arrested me and my wife for under the influence,while beign detained a cps worker Claudia made an inetial follow up and walked in on the situation ,ask we're the kids ,we stated at there grandmas house were they live ( my wife's mother) at a different location ,about two weeks later they went to my in laws house and took the kids ,they said cuz we put them in harms way,but how if they never lived with me they were prejudice on who I was and took advantage of the matter ,they kids never were around me in my addiction,they said its cuz one of the kids stated they lived there but wouldn't question them with my pressance cuz to no how they flip stuff around ,they used there authority to scare the kids,they said the trailor was filthy ,note at the time we were moving out and all my property was thrown in the trailor,the took pictures of the trailor but this was after the sheriffs searched it on a 4th waiver so the pictures were not taken before there first arrival,the cps had no right to do this nor evidence and used me as a documented gang member with a history of drug charges in the past as there only evidence,but didn look at fact I just discharged parole and gave 4 yrs of clean drug test and that I had no longer been part of the gang for more than five years,is there anyone who can help me these kids are suffering by the hands of people we are suppose to trust or anyone would like to look into this matter
