child protective services violated my constitutional rights hemet California

My name is Michael Partee I'm the father of six kids Danny (21), makalya (14), mike Jr (13), malika (9), Malachi (7), and Malaysia (5). Its been a long time since I've seen malachi and Malaysia Partee...I ask myself do they really know the nature of this case or is the color of my skin blinding them from the facts that are so true. Now it was I that reported the life treating situation that two of my kids were faced with....I was with my kids mom for over 5 years..... And when I heard about her stripping naked running down the street steaming I'm god at 3 am, I knew I had to do something, now prior to this I had received a court order that granted me 50/50 joint custody from our local family law judge..now I have proof in black and white that cps violated my rights...now I allowed cps in mylife because I thought they cared I thought they were fair and unbiased, especially after cps granted me sole custody of one of my daughters from a different relationship, but I was so wrong, it was the worst decision I've ever made in my lifetime.

Cps claims that I neglected two of my kids by leaving them with the mom knowing she was crazy, now first of all I'm not a professional doctor, and I didn't want to mess up my custody order by taking the kids...but when I first found out about my kids mom strange behavior I notified cps and begged them to help me but they wouldn't even listen to me because they refused to allow me to talk to a worker because I wasn't assign one, and they told me if it was and emergency that I should call 911 or go to the sheriffs department...so I went back and forth on numerous occasions pleading and begging for help, not knowing that during this time those same sheriffs were called to my kids home 5 times within the last 45 days ....and still nothing was done about it...but now I hear through mutual friends that they have seen my kids and there moms at bus stops and other places...

this is the same person that said she was in the bathroom fighting with her spirits because her spirts were telling her to do harm to our kids...that's the last thing that she said before cps  removed our kids, so basically it was I that told them all the info that allowed them to remove my kids after 5 months...then they said that the kids would be in danger if allowed to move with me because of my temper, understand I have six kids cps  has two of them guess where the other four is....yep with me, sounds kinda strange right.
