Child Protective Services NO JUSTICE-WHY THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE Plano, Texas

Child Protective Services has alleged false accusations of child abuse, neglect, drug abuse, instability, and unsafe. However, I agreed to do all services in my service plan. The service plan that they gave to me I completed 250 hours of services.  Before I get a chance to complete my services They have removed my children and given full custody to my ex-husband which is a crack addict and uses drugs daily.

I have seen him in the presence of my children smoke K-2 and Marijuana. Since my children have been with my ex they are filthy dirty every time I see them and they seem very unhappy. They beg me at visitation to take them home with me. It breaks my heart. I have three jobs and am a Sunday School Teacher and a Nanny full time and part time. I work around children all day. All the children that I nanny love me.  I love my children and want them back. I have a court appointed attorney that is not doing squat. She has withdrawn as my attorney after I put her on the spot and told her I needed her to fight for my rights, which she is not doing. I don't know what she does all day but its not to work on my case.

As for my caseworker she has no children and has not a single clue about how to parent. She puts down in my visitation that I am not a good parent and that I don't know how to manage my kids. But she placed my kids with my crack addict ex. That is wrong. She makes up false allegations and statements about me and places them in CPS documents. She doesn't return my phone calls or return my emails. She refuses to have contact with me at all. This is her FIRST CPS case and she has no experience as a parent.

She and the CASA worker have a very friendly relationship and I think they both are biased. This is the worst case of injustice I can imagine. Now I am without my kids and have a hard time sleeping. I can't eat. I am constantly thinking about what the next lie or false statement she will make up next.  She says I am unstable and have an unsafe environment. Well, let me see, I live in a very upscale apartment that is very safe. I have rooms for my children. I have a backyard. I have three jobs so I can support them.

Now I am the one paying child support to my crack addict ex. While he smokes it up around my kids and in no shape or form is he providing a safe environment for my children. The injustice is that they don't trust me around my kids but they trust my crack addict ex. What is WRONG with the picture. They wont let me have phone calls, give me supervised visitation, and will not let me attend any birthdays, holidays, and more. How can you call this justice. To give children to a crack addict that is currently using drugs around my children, with not one, not two, but 3 D.W.I.'s. I have one word for this SERIOUS INJUSTICE. The CPS office in Collin County has been so wrong in this case.

I am seriously thinking about calling the News Stations. They need to be investigated for this. Anybody please give me some advice. I am trying so hard to get my kids but now I have no court appointed attorney and can't afford a real one. So I am the one losing my kids. I am the one that provided for them and nurtured them. They are my life. I want help. I want my kids back.
