I'm sick and tired of hearing that case workers are over exaggerating the abuse that is happening to children and not doing enough when there is abuse going on.

I have a now 4 year old nephew. Unfortuanetly, he wasn't wise in picking the right girl to go out with. Before he finally decided to end the relationship she announced she was pregnant. As long as I have known hew I noticed she had 2 faces. We all saw it coming but him.

The relationship went sour as expected, he decided to move towards something healthier and she decided to continue smoking pot, and began to do other drugs as well.

My nephew has been removed from her home, being that my brother decided to fight for him. When he was removed the boy weighed 19.5 lbs at 3 years old; he had no ability to retain the word behave, he ran wild with out being bathed, dirty clothe, no shoes everytime my brother picked him up and didn't want to eat anything. Curse words would repeatedly come out of his little mouth and violence would portray in his character. He several times swung at us, and would scream violently. We suspected she just wanted the child support and to claim welfare. It's unfortuanet people want to live off the government and not work for themselves. Sad and pathethic.

The Social Worker that took this case, told my brother there was no need for him to file any accusations against the mother of the young boy. My brother is currently trying to take full custody of my nephew, that has now picked up a healthy weight now eats, listens, and has better manners.

The mother of my nephew has failed 3 drug screens, doesn't call to check up on my nephew. The last case worker told my brother there was no reason for him to obtain an attorney to gain full custody, that's his mother. It's sad when favoritism as this results in the death of many children and the lose of a father that wanted the best for the child.

I am really sad of women or men crying wolf just to purposefully hurt their own childs other parent. Unfortuanetly the system is caught up, in pathetic people that can't be mature enough to handle there own life's. Don't have kids if you can't yourself have control of your own life. Why distroy someone else's like an innocent child just to satisfy your own stupid needs.
