Diana and Duff are aware of the innappropriate conduct. They think it's funny and when someone complains to them, Diana is so insecure, she tries to have them fired. It's sad but the company is TOTALLY corrupt. The higher ups, Sarah and Yvonne, may have good intentions but all the higher ups on sight are corrupt and money hungry with no concern for the children or families.

It's a huge ruse. When media, or The Ladies (Sarah and Yvonne) come through, proptocol changes, the kids are bout nice clothes, toys, good food, but once the outside eye is gone it's business as usual. Staff are verbally abusive to children, so poorly trained by Jose and others who got promoted for reasons that have NOTHING to do woth skills. It's a sad sick place and until the gruesome 3 are out, it'll remain a mess.

Childhelp is saddened and disappointed that these allegations have come forward under the veil of anonymity.  Childhelp is committed to providing high quality programs and services to the children in our care and is also committed to providing a positive working environment for its workforce.  In line with this commitment, Childhelp has a Whistleblower Policy that encourages employees, board members, consultants, volunteers, clients, and other Childhelp affiliates to report suspected or actual occurrences of illegal, unethical, or inappropriate conduct relating to the organization with full protection against retaliation.  While Childhelp did not receive a direct complaint regarding the issues addressed in this Ripoff Report, Childhelp takes very seriously all concerns that it becomes aware of.  Therefore, Childhelp conducted an investigation into the concerns.  This investigation did not uncover information to support any truth to the allegations made.  Of course, because anonymous reporters cannot be interviewed for additional or supporting information, it is always more difficult to evaluate the creditability of anonymous allegations.
