In the past, there have been false and defamatory accusations about executives Thad Pryor and Jim Perretty, their companies and affiliates. A suit was filed to clear their good names which was resolved in 2008.

NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

I was informed that Children of America was a no-risk proposition since a well-know actor (Chuck Norris) was backing the Day Care Centers and advertising for a sure success. Informed that I had to act quickly as the offer was available only to a few investors and they only had a few stocks left. Told that in a few months I would be able to sell the initial stocks, recoup my original funds, operate on the gains and be without my initial funds for only a few months. I invested $15,000 for 3000 shares.

9/11 happened and I was informed that Mr. Pryor would delay going public. Mr. Ricardo del Real asked if I wanted out and I asked for the refund. No one would return my calls. Mr. Pryor finally communicated with me in February 2006 and stated he had other investors backing the company in July 2006 and he would buy back the stocks for the original investment with no interest or damage cost. He stated he did not want any one having stocks in his company that was not comfortable with him. I never heard from him. The next correspondence was from the Chief Financial Officer for Children of America stating they could not buy back the shares as they needed the monies to operate and it would not be fair to the other share holders.

Mr. Pryor has used proceeds collected from investors under fraudulent solicitations to benefit personally and his related companies with no intentions of going public for stock holders to re-coup their monies.

Mr. Pryor has raised the amount of shares to be sold in order to scam others. He needs to be stopped in the United States and Internationally.
