Christopher Cerrito with Chimney Cricket was called to come out and give me an estimate on my daughters chimney. After explaining what was wrong with it and what was needed to repair the chimney I hirde him and gave him a half the quote and was told he would be out the next day which was Saturday Januray 11th, well he never showed or called. I called him and he said something came up and would be there the following Saturday at 10am and once again necer called or showed up and will not return my calls either. It is now Minday January 20th and I have not seen nor heard back from him.
