Chimney Solutions, Inc. shoddy work Addison Illinois

They were paid to clean a dryer vent. The vent was improperly installed behind the dryer. It wasn't even connected to the outside vent or the back of the dryer! They used 6 foot of tube, when only 2 feet was required. I bought the necessary materials and completed the job myself. The worse part is that a digital camera valued at $400 is no longer in the room where they were working. We were told the company is bonded and does background checks on employees. The owner will not return phone calls. The Mundelein police are investigating and we are filing a compliant with the Illinois Attorney General.
